Founder and Principal Consultant, Mary Warren is a skilled, customer focused professional with over 27 years of leadership experience in business and information technology (IT) process improvement in the federal government and private sector. Ms. Warren is passionate about helping small businesses succeed through process improvement. She leverages industry best practices (e.g., CMMI, PMBOK, ITIL) and lessons learned to build process-based solutions that are agile, practical and client specific.

Ms. Warren has extensive Federal Contracting experience working in both small business and large business settings. Ms. Warren has overseen the implementation and execution of existing and new government IT contracts for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). She has built Program Management Offices from the ground up.  Ms. Warren has helped organizations prepare for the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) and achieve CMMI Level 3 for DEV. 

 

Ms. Warren has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. Additionally, Ms. Warren has a Master’s Certificate in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University/ESI. Ms. Warren is a certified Project Management Professional and SCRUM Master.
